Fremantle

On a nice Saturday morning we decided to take a rivercruise down to Fremantle and have a little look around. The rivercruise took about an hour. Shortly after leaving Perth city, we came past what used to be the SWAN Beer brewery.

Arriving in Fremantle we came past the doks, always fascinating!!

We had a look at the maritime museum of Fremantle, but we didn't find it al that interesting, unless for the actual building it is in, and the 2nd world war submarine they had there. We took a tour of the submarine.

We were not allowed to take along any bags or cameras; we soon found out why! It is so tight inside that we would have got ourselfs stuck somewhere with a bag.

We found that Fremantle has some nice buildings colonial stile, but there was not realy that much to look at.
